Please listen to this meditation only when you are already in bed, ready to fall asleep. You can listen to it every night or when you feel you need it. It itself provides you with a state of deep relaxation that serves as 3 hours of deep sleep. Some people experience immediate positive effects, and for others the effects show up with repeated listening, over a period of a few days. Never listen to this meditation at any other time, only when you know you will be able to remain in bed for at least a few hours.
DO NOT LISTEN TO IT WHILE DRIVING OR DURING ANY TIME WHEN YOUR ATTENTION NEEDS TO BE ON ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE MEDITATION.
It needs to be listened to with your eyes closed and it can bring you into a very relaxed state very quickly!
